About the French Bulldog

Frenchies are natural companions. They don't generally need a huge garden or hours of running to feel fulfilled, and they're often perfectly content being close to their people, snoozing on the sofa or joining you for a leisurely wander. Their compact size and adaptable nature can make them particularly appealing to people living in flats or smaller homes. Personality-wise, they're usually affectionate, entertaining and full of character. They're not necessarily interested in doing everything you ask simply because you asked, though, so training is best approached with patience, consistency and a sense of humour. Their lower exercise needs can be a real advantage, but it doesn't mean they need no activity or stimulation. They still benefit from walks, play and interaction with their humans. A French Bulldog can be a lovely choice if what you want most is companionship rather than a running partner.
